认真看还是不错的
每集内容以心理学实验为主，与传统形式的记录片有所不同，不会感到无聊。让我印象最深刻的是第一集把自己禁闭(isolated)72小时，会造成一定的精神创伤，如果长时间禁闭会导致非常严重的精神崩溃。让我想起茨威格(Stefan Zweig)小说的经典名篇《象棋的故事》中B博士的经历。总之，这是部很不错的心理学或认知科学的科普纪录片。
