Medea is expelled from the mining region in the Atacama Desert (Chile) and is given just one day to disappear. But in that single day, she comes up with a plan for revenge. In order to carry out this plan, which will culminate in her murdering her own son, Medea invokes her innermost strength, summoning the power of the female sex.
视听风格化的习作，有几个相当不错的镜头设计，narrator突然进入故事中也有点意思，但再又马上消失也是突然，就像最后戛然而止的结尾。一个多小时时长里相当多的独白对白到头来都有些故弄玄虚的意思了，既然是要美化Medea，显得她对儿子的无辜（让paulina garcia背锅），那前面说的半天要反抗要复仇（随后又在丈夫面前顺服）是闹哪样。
这是一部经得起时间考验的作品，每次观看都能发现新的细节和感悟。
